Returns & Refunds

Most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery as long as they're new, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Return window and conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of the day your order was delivered or picked up.
  • Items must be new and uninstalled, in their original packaging, with all hardware, instructions, and accessories included.
  • All returns are inspected and must be approved before a refund is issued.

Non-returnable items

The following can't be returned:

  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page.
  • Items that have been installed or show mounting marks (for example, seats or windshields that have been mounted).
  • Items with broken factory seals.
  • Opened tools, chemicals, oils, or lubricants.
  • Items with damaged, destroyed, or missing original packaging.
  • Special-order and closeout items.

Restocking fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee on the returned items' price. We waive the fee when the return is our fault — a defective product, an item damaged in transit, or a shipping error on our part.

Return shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs and for packaging the item so it arrives undamaged; we don't currently provide prepaid return labels. We recommend a tracked shipping method. Returns must be sent to us — please don't return items to the manufacturer.

How to start a return

  • Sign in and open the order under Orders, then request a return on the eligible items.
  • Or contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  • We'll review the request and follow up with return instructions or an approval decision by email.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee. Sales tax is refunded on the refunded amount.
  • Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or part, return the original item and place a new order — the new order ships right away instead of waiting on the return.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us before sending anything back — we'll sort out the return and waive the restocking fee. Photos of the item and packaging help us resolve it faster.
