Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of greasemoto.com and any purchase you make from Greasemoto ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, especially shipping addresses.
Products, fitment, and accuracy
- Product descriptions, specifications, images, and fitment data come largely from manufacturers and distributors. We work to keep them accurate, but we don't warrant that they are error-free. Colors and appearance may vary.
- You are responsible for verifying fitment — confirm the part fits your specific year, make, and model (and any existing modifications) before ordering and before installation.
- If a listing contains a pricing or description error, we may cancel affected orders and will refund anything you paid for them in full.
- Inventory availability shown on the site is our best current information and isn't a guarantee; if an item can't be fulfilled, we'll cancel and refund it.
Compliance, emissions, and safety notices
- Products marked Race/Off-Road Use Onlyare not legal for use on public roads. You're responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply where you ride, including emissions and noise regulations.
- Some products can't be sold or shipped to California under California Air Resources Board (CARB) rules; these are labeled on the product page and blocked from California shipments.
- California Proposition 65: some products can expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Warnings are shown on the applicable product pages. More info: p65warnings.ca.gov.
- Motorcycle parts affect vehicle safety. We recommend installation by a qualified mechanic. You assume responsibility for proper installation and use.
Orders and payment
- Payment is collected through Stripe. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized; it's captured when we accept and fulfill the order. If we cancel an order, the authorization is released or the payment refunded.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, for suspected fraud, address problems, listing errors, or unavailability — with a full refund of anything paid.
Warranty disclaimer
Products may be covered by their manufacturer's warranty; warranty claims are handled per the manufacturer's terms. Except as expressly stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, products and the site are provided "as is", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states don't allow certain warranty limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you — you may have additional rights that vary by state.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greasemoto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including damage to your vehicle, lost use, or personal injury arising from improper installation or misuse of products — and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Greasemoto against claims arising from your violation of these terms, your violation of applicable law (including use of off-road-only products on public roads), or your improper installation or use of products.
Site content and conduct
- Site content — text, images, logos, and data compilations — belongs to Greasemoto or its licensors and may not be scraped in bulk, resold, or republished without permission.
- Don't misuse the site: no interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for anything unlawful.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes, severability, and contact
- We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
