We ship from six U.S. warehouses via ground carriers (UPS or FedEx), and offer free local pickup in Fort Worth, TX.

Shipping is calculated on your cart subtotal after discounts. The rate is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Oversize items are large or bulky products (based on dimensional weight of 40 lbs or more) and are labeled with an oversize badge on the product page and in your cart. The $33 oversize rate applies to the whole order and replaces the standard tiers, including free shipping.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We're currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses — checkout will let you know if your address isn't eligible.

  • Some products cannot ship to California due to California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations — these are labeled on the product page.
  • Products marked Race/Off-Road Use Onlyare not street legal; it's your responsibility to confirm they may be used in your location.

Processing and delivery times

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central on a business day typically ship the same day, volume permitting; otherwise the next business day.
  • Ground transit is typically 2–7 business days depending on your distance from the fulfilling warehouse.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and tracking information when it ships.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available in Fort Worth, TX. Items stocked in our Texas warehouse are usually ready in about 1 business day; items transferring from another warehouse take about 3 business days. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay.

Problems with a delivery

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll make it right. Shipments refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable may incur carrier fees, which can be deducted from your refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for returns.
